Welbe Health provides full-service health care and personalized support to help you age well at home and in your community.  Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) meets the changing needs of seniors, often at no cost.  Services provided include, expert medical care, medical transportation, prescriptions with no copays, physical therapy, day center programming that offers meals, socialization, nutritionist to support your dietary needs, all medical supplies, dental, hearing and eye care all included.  An eleven person interdisciplinary team dedicated to keeping you healthy and home.
